自参加工作以来,主要从事有机合成化学及理论有机化学研究。2008年度中国石油和化学工业协会科技进步奖二等奖。2010年入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师。迄今为止,在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇。其中作为第一作者或通讯联系人,在《Org. Lett.》、《J. Org. Chem.》、《Chem. Eur. J.》、《Chem. Asian. J.》、《Tetrahedron Lett.》、《Tetrahedron》、《J. Comb. Chem.》、《Synlett》、《Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.》、《J. Fluorine Chem.》、《J. Heterocyclic Chem.》和《中国化学》等国内外SCI期刊上发表学术论文30多篇。H因子25。作为项目主持人,已经完成的科研项目如下:
