2019年，赵立明教授课题组围绕小分子抗肿瘤药物设计合成和有机合成等方面开展了系列研究工作，代表性工作简介如下：
一、 以组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制belinostat为先导化合物进行结构修饰，合成了系列化合物并进行了抗肿瘤活性筛选；同时撰写了关于组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂方面的研究综述，结果分别发表在Future Medicinal Chemistry和Current Medicinal Chemistry上，具体如下：
